How it works:
Tap water first passes through a 5-micron sediment filter where silt, sediment and particulate are removed. Water is then forced through a high efficiency 5-micron carbon filter. The carbon efficiently adsorbs chlorine, pesticides and other harmful organic chemicals.
The water will than passes through the high-grade mix bed resin that removes all dissolve solid and impurities. Mix bed resin is also well known on effectively removing Nitrates, phosphates and silicates, which reduce the speed of algae growth in marine tank.
With DI water free from impurities enable hobbyists to add in sea salt with trace elements known in the water.
